TG TechHire ("we", "us", "our") operates a job platform connecting candidates and recruiters across Telangana. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• For candidates: city, district, skills, education, resume file, and career preferences
• For recruiters: company name, industry, and job postings you create
• Application history between candidates and recruiters

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To match candidates with relevant job postings
• To let recruiters review applications and candidate profiles
• To communicate with you about your account or applications

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest. Resume files are kept in a private storage bucket accessible only to you and recruiters you apply to. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access data they're authorized to see.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Candidate profile information and resumes are shared only with recruiters whose jobs you apply to. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can edit or delete your profile information at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings, or via our account deletion page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, resume, and application data are permanently removed from our systems.

8. Children's Privacy

TG TechHire is intended for users 18 years and older seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
