4. Job Postings (Recruiters)

All job postings are subject to admin review before publication. TG TechHire reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or violates applicable law. Job posting credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Candidate Applications

Applying to a job shares your profile and resume with the posting recruiter. TG TechHire is not responsible for the hiring decisions or conduct of recruiters or companies on the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fake, scam, or misleading job listings
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive communication
• Attempting to access another user's account or data
• Uploading malicious files or content

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or our account deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

TG TechHire is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not liable for disputes arising between candidates and recruiters.
